Twitter will allow you to subscribe to conversations you are thinking about

Twitter is engaged on a characteristic that’ll allow you to subscribe to conversations on its platform.

Users will be capable of point out they need notifications about new tweets with out becoming a member of a dialog, tipster Jane Manchun Wong tweeted on Friday. An accompanying screenshot reveals that customers can subscribe by clicking on a bell within the higher right-hand nook of a tweet.  

“Twitter is testing ‘Subscribe to conversation’ so you can get notified over a conversation without liking or replying,” Wong’s tweet reads.

Twitter responded to Wong’s tweet, saying the characteristic is “part of our work to make Twitter more conversational.”

The firm stated it is growing the characteristic internally and is not presently testing it publicly. 

Earlier this week, Twitter launched a prototype app referred to as “twttr” that lets sure customers check new options and supply suggestions. The social community has stated it is aiming to make conversations simpler to seek out and comply with. It’s been exploring concepts reminiscent of including coloration to and creating a brand new design for replies so conversations seem extra “chat-like.”
